AFU One Day is designed to teach basic soccer skills, terms and encourage the love of the game to our youth players. This is not our traditional recreational program; rather we meet on SATURDAYS ONLY. We will divide the session into two parts: 30 minute skill session and 30 minute game-like instruction. Our sessions follow a curriculum with a different topic for each week, led by a professional AFU staffed coach.
